2022 Cidre Pétillant

Awarded a Gold Medal, 2024 All Canadian Wine Awards.
This is our second release of Cider and the first which contains fruit from our home orchard. 

• 100% Golden Russet Cider 
• Made with additional fruit sourced locally in Prince Edward County.
• The must was naturally fermented in steel and then aged for 10 months.
• At the time of hand bottling a mixture of yeast & sugar was added to “bottle condition” the cider.
• No fining or filtering.
• The Result is a rich fruit flavour with a fine effervescence.
