  • Spontaneous fermentation with a pied de cuve
  • Alcoholic fermentation 50% second fill oak and 50% stainless steel
  • Partial malolactic fermentation
  • Unfiltered & unfined
  • Lightly sulphured after malo & at bottling
  • Bottled in December of 2023
