• Made with pomace from the 2022 Electrum Chardonnay 
• Pomace was rehydrated and fermented after pressing for the 2022 Electrum
• Slow natural ferment with daily punch downs
• Fermentation until dry
• Bottled as a still beverage
• Low sulphur additions

Tasting Notes

• Pale beige color with an acidic backbone
  
• Mild tropical fruit on the nose, soft tannins and a tea-like texture
• Refreshing and easy-drinking at 7% ABV
